I’m Josh Langan, a personal trainer on the Isle of Wight working with clients across Newport, Ryde, Cowes, Shanklin and Ventnor.

I specialise in fat loss, muscle building, and HYROX-style training, helping you get results through structured plans, accountability, and consistency—without wasting time in the gym.
